Kecia McKenzie



Kecia is a Texas native with a strong passion for sports, fitness, health and wellness, and all things physical therapy. She attended her undergraduate studies at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in Dallas, Texas at Texas Woman’s University. With a passion for sports medicine, Kecia began working in outpatient orthopedics before partnering with former patient and NFL player turned best friend, Kavon Frazier. They started Built4it Athletics in 2019 and have since expanded across DFW. 

Kecia takes physical therapy to another level,  offering a continuum of care and an overall holistic approach to reaching her patients goals. Aside from her passion for her career and Built4it, she spends her time training jiu jitsu, running with her dog Koe-Breezy, cross fitting, and escaping to the beach. 

Britt Myers



Britt Myers is a dedicated and passionate physical therapist who was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Britt earned her Doctor Physical Therapy degree from UTSW, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and advanced treatment techniques. With a specialization in working with a diverse range of clients, including Crossfit enthusiasts, NFL athletes, gymnasts, and weekend warriors, Britt possesses a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and goals individuals face in their pursuit of peak physical performance.

Driven by her own experiences as a competitive crossfitter and her love for an active lifestyle, Britt approaches her work with a deep empathy and a commitment to helping her patients achieve their optimal health and performance. She believes in customizing treatment plans to suit the individual needs of each client, tailoring her approach to address their specific conditions, injuries, and goals.

Josiah Richard



Josiah was born and raised in Charleston, Maine. He was homeschooled before continuing his baseball and academic career at Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. In 2015 he graduated from Belhaven with a Bachelor Degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. He was a member of the baseball team, voted team captain, and was the president of the Sports Medicine and Exercise Science club for two years. He continued to Dallas, Texas where he attended Parker University and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2018. 

Josiah has 5 years of experience practicing chiropractic working in a family practice for 3 years before continuing to specialize in Sports Chiropractic. He joined Built4It in March of 2022 and is now the lead chiropractor. He is now married to his best friend Salitza, and they have two boys, Judah and Xaylen. Josiah enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and playing golf, basketball, and softball in his free time.

Logan Berlof



Logan is a motivated physical therapist who was born and raised in the DFW metroplex. He is driven by a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals through a comprehensive and personalized approach. Logan earned an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, TX where he developed a deep rooted understanding of advanced therapeutic methods and the importance of evidence-based practices. 

With a background as a NCAA D1 baseball player, Logan offers a unique perspective on the intricate relationship between movement and optimal physical function. His firsthand experience in high level athletics provides valuable insights into the demands placed on the human body, allowing Logan to craft tailored treatment plans that unlock the full potential of each individual. Through compassionate care and dedication to continued education, Logan is devoted to guiding his patients towards their highest level of physical health and performance. Aside from his passion for physical therapy, Logan spends his time playing golf, watching Dallas Stars hockey, and enjoying weekends on the lake.

Dez Coston



A proud Texan born and raised, Dezz is a licensed massage therapist who has translated her deep-rooted passion for athleticism into a thriving career in wellness. A graduate of the Institute of Bodywork Studies in Flower Mound, Texas, she has mastered the art of deep tissue massage and is a fervent advocate for preventative wellness. Dezz is well-versed in techniques such as cupping, muscle scraping, and corrective stretching, offering clients a comprehensive approach to achieving their optimal well-being.As a former two-sport athlete herself, Dezz understands the demands of an active lifestyle. She continues her athletic journey through weight lifting, a pursuit that informs her belief that recovery is an indispensable component of peak performance. With a year of personal training experience, she seamlessly blends her massage therapy expertise with fitness know-how, catering to a diverse clientele seeking relaxation, pain relief, or athletic excellence. Outside of her professional life, Dezz nurtures her adventurous spirit through travel and remains dedicated to her love of weight lifting, embodying her commitment to a well-rounded and vibrant lifestyle.

Jaid Taylor



Jaid Taylor is considered to be a performance specialist, emphasizing on linear speed and change of direction. Jaid currently serves as Director of Performance.  Jaid is from Little Rock, Ar and is a graduate from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock and brings 10+ years of experience to the industry.  Jaid has helped produce and/or helped develop 50+ professional athletes ranging from NFL, MLB, NBA to USATF, and over 200+ collegiate/HS athletes. Jaid believes that every athlete can reach his or her athletic potential, regardless of age, gender, limitation, or sport, through specific & detailed training.

Alonzo Turner



Alonzo is determined to help everyone who is looking to develop into great performers and improve overall functional fitness. He is a performance trainer, youth development trainer, & adult fitness instructor at Built 4 It. Alonzo has a Bachelors in Kinesiology from The University of Texas Permian Basin, where he played football. After college Alonzo began his training career working at a performance gym in El Paso, where he was head trainer. After 1 year Alonzo moved to Frisco, Texas where he joined Built 4 It. He has 3 years of experience working with youth, college, professional athletes, and his NSCA-CPT. Alonzo also has experience playing professional football for the Spring League and with the Frisco Fighters in the IFL. 

Riley Hill



Riley was born and raised in San Angelo, Tx where he played a plethora of sports growing up including soccer, basketball, football, track, golf, tennis, and swimming. Riley continued his education at Southern Methodist University on a scholarship for Swimming, and completed his B.S. in Applied Physiology and Health Management. During his swimming career Riley assisted in 3 conference championships earning a gold medal in the 200 and 400 medley relays, 200 and 400 freestyle relays, 100 individual backstroke, and achieving first team all conference all four years. As a performance trainer, Riley strives to lift athletes to their highest potential. He believes his education as well as his experience playing many sports provides an athletic advantage for training athletes.   

Taryn Eubanks



Taryn Eubanks is a performance coach and personal trainer from Houston, Tx . She was previously a strength and conditioning coach at SMU and a football nutritionist. She has also worked with multiple high schools in DFW as a female strength development specialist. She uses a holistic approach to training emphasizing on mobility, sport psychology, and strength training. Taryn currently serves as a performance coach and adult fitness instructor. In addition, she assists the physical therapist in return to sport rehabilitation exercises. Taryn has her Masters of Science from DBU and her Bachelors in Sports Conditioning and Minor in Sport Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Taylor Kearns



Tahlor was born in Oklahoma and raised in North Texas in the DFW metroplex where she grew up playing soccer. After graduating high school, she attended Oral Roberts University, where she played soccer and graduated with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. Earning first team Summit League honors, as well as 3 conference tournament appearances. Having suffered her fair share of injuries and 6 years of experience in the industry, Tahlor’s goal is to support therapists in the recovery process for each athlete.

Abby Chase



Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Abby found her passion for physical therapy after sustaining multiple injuries throughout high school as a competitive dancer. Before becoming a physical therapist, she participated in various roles within the fitness industry as a personal trainer, spin instructor, and kickboxing instructor. These experiences instilled a profound understanding and passion for fitness, laying the foundation for her current work.

Professionally, Abby has experience working in the outpatient orthopedics and sports settings with patients of all ages including athletes from NFL, MLB, and NFL draft-prep. She advocates for preventive care and functional rehabilitation, using movement-based healing to guide her patients toward their optimal physical well-being. Outside of being a physical therapist, Abby loves to spend her time reading, weightlifting, and planning her next vacation.

Chris Skelton



Dr. Chris Skelton is a Chiropractic Sports Physician, CrossFit Trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified Police Officer Standards and Training Council for Health and Wellness, certified Functional Movement Specialist and competitive CrossFit athlete. He has an extensive background in fitness, health and wellness and has a passion for teaching, coaching and inspiring. Dr. Skelton’s approach is one of prevention and improved performance and function. He believes that exercise should be utilized to improve your ability to function in all activities.

Dr. Chris Skelton is a former division 1 athlete from Sacred Heart University. From there he went on to study biomechanics and kinesiology. This led him to the University of Bridgeport where he graduated in 2013 Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree  

Following 9 years of owning and operating a chiropractic office and CrossFit gym, Chris his wife Meghan and 3 kids chose to move down to Collin county to be with family. Chris and his wife both played club and college volleyball and still love to coach and play to this day.

Steven Wallace



Steven was born and raised in Midlothian, TX where he played basketball through high school. After high school, he graduated with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, before obtaining his M.S. in Strength and Conditioning from Harding University. He is motivated by the opportunity to help everyone reach their athletic and fitness potential while educating them on how training is the best tool for both physical and mental health. His experience is working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Division 1 and 2 levels, as well as the High School and Personal Training sectors. Steven has used his experience and understanding to help drive individuals to reach their athletic goals and continue to work towards their true potential. In his free time, Steven enjoys working out, and spending time with his family.

Chico Morales



Chico was born in New Mexico and raised in Plano, Tx where he grew up primarily playing basketball. After high school, he graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from Tarleton State University, where he played basketball. Amassing many wins and back to back final four and elite eight appearances in the NCAA D2 National Tournament. Chico obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. He is passionate about helping athletes reach their optimal athleticism and bridge the gap between sports science and training. Chico is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist/Performance Trainer who specializes in professional athlete development. His experience working with NFL, NBA, MLB, NFL Draft Prep, and Elite Gymnasts allows for a versatile approach to performance training. Chico applies his athletic experience and education to inspire athletes to develop their peak athleticism. As VP of Operations, Chico carries out the vision of Built 4 It, while being hands-on in the day to day operations. Chico enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing basketball, and working out in his free time.
